We will be OPEN on Monday 2/3/25 for our first Neighborhood Night of the year! Expect a fun menu of staff favorites & some new things we are trying out.  Limited regular menu (no Omakase), lots of specials & no reservations! 

We will be taking reservations for Valentines Day starting 1/14/25! The rare occasion when we accept reservations for parties of 2 or more:)

We will be offering a limited a la carte menu in addition to a $65/person Omakase.  Bar will be kept open for walk in guests.

We take reservations for parties of 4 -10 guests, with groups of 10 being the largest size party we can accommodate.  

We do not take reservations for parties of 1, 2 or 3 people, but we keep the bar and about half our tables, plus the patio (weather permitting)  open for walk in guests, so stop on by!

We open up reservations one month in advance.

At Izakaya Minato we aim to bring classic neighborhood izakaya dining to Portland’s East End.
